After 8 years of working in banking and as a broker Leah decided to start her new venture that is “Four Step Finance” in June 2022. From 2022 the team has grown in size with Jodie and Kellie joining the family.

She prides herself on excellent service and has a deep understanding of the industry. Leah is an accredited mortgage broker with the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA).

Jodie Tahin - Finance Broker
Jodie is a mortgage broker based in Wangaratta and services North East Victoria and beyond, with over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, she has more recently moved in lending helping clients across the country get access to the best loans from a range of lenders.
With a true passion for getting her clients the right loan, she is known for her excellent service, exceptional knowledge of the industry and her strong work ethic.
Jodie specialises in all facets of home lending from helping first time buyers navigate the buying process, assisting families build wealth through investment property, refinances, debt consolidation and construction.

Kellie Stephens - Parabroker
Kellie Stephens is an essential part of the team as a parabroker. She has a keen eye for detail and is responsible for a lot of what goes on in the background. Kellie collects, collates and prepares documentation along with controlling our compliance. She manages our inboxes and ensures nothing is missed.
